THE HONG KONG PLAYING CARD SET
My dad and I love playing cards, so I made him this deck of cards last Christmas to commemorate the Hong Kong we both fell in love with years ago. All the imagery I used is Hong Kong inspired-- the xiao long bao, the junk boats, the Umbrella Movement, and even the joker red panda (who’s a real stuffed animal I got on my first visit to HK!). My font ‘Junk’ actually inspired me to make this deck of cards, and I’m really grateful I can use what I love to do to bring the people I love together.
